We recognize that sometimes an item may not be what you had hoped for, or it simply does not fit with your decor or space. You can exchange it within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returned (exchanged) items are subject to round trip charges and please call us before to get authorization.
Damaged & Missing Parts
Through our many years of experience we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping.
If something arrives from us that looks damaged or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed parts or repairs as quickly as possible, at no extra charge.
